Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? +
Each item is made to order, so there's a 2–5 business day production window. After that, US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. During high-demand drops, production may take an extra day or two.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location, after the production period. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
How do I track my order? +
Head to /orders and enter your order ID, or check the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order shipped. You'll find a tracking number and carrier link there.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as production hasn't started. After that, the item is already being made and can't be changed or cancelled. Contact us at support@twinklegear.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

What are the products made of? +
  • T-shirts: Bella+Canvas 3001 — 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, super soft
  • Hoodies: Bella+Canvas 3719 — fleece, cozy and durable
  • Mugs: White ceramic, 11oz, dishwasher & microwave safe
  • Stickers: Kiss-cut vinyl, waterproof and weatherproof
What sizes are available? +
  • Apparel: S, M, L, XL, 2XL
  • Stickers: 3×3", 4×4", 5.5×5.5", and 15×3.75" bumper
Do the prints fade? +
Nope! We use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing on Kornit machines. The prints are fade-resistant and wash-safe. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low for the longest-lasting results.
Is there a sizing guide? +
Each product page includes a sizing chart. A quick tip: Bella+Canvas runs slim, so if you're between sizes, we recommend ordering up for a more relaxed fit.

Drops

What are drops? +
Every Monday we release a new limited-edition character design at a special sale price for one week. It's the best time to grab new Twinkle gear at a discount.
What happens after the sale ends? +
The design stays available forever at its regular price. You'll never miss a design entirely — you'll just miss the launch-week discount.
How do I get notified about new drops? +
Subscribe to the TwinkleTribune! Sign up for our newsletter and you'll get notified every time a new drop goes live, plus early access and exclusive deals.

Characters

What are Twinkles? +
Twinkles are our original 8-bit pixel art characters, each with a unique personality, rarity tier, and color palette. They're the heart of TwinkleGear — collectible characters you can wear, stick, and sip from. Meet them all.
How many Twinkles are there? +
There are currently 8 Twinkles: Pixel, Byte, Glitch, Nova, Sprout, Phantom, Oops, and Blinki the fairy. Each one has a different vibe and rarity level.
Will there be new Twinkles? +
Yes! We have holiday-exclusive and seasonal characters in the works. Subscribe to the TwinkleTribune to be the first to know when new characters drop.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Is my payment info secure? +
Absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your card number — it goes directly to Stripe's secure servers.
Do you offer gift cards? +
Coming soon! Gift cards are on our roadmap. Subscribe to the TwinkleTribune to be notified when they launch.

Returns

What's your return policy? +
Because every item is custom printed, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. See our full returns policy for details.
